As a long-standing and valued client of Goodwins Law Corporation, we are happy to celebrate with finexis at their grand opening.
Here at Goodwins, we have a niche practice in insurance and financial services law. We regularly advise insurers, financial advisers and brokers on the setting up of branches and subsidiaries in Singapore, applications for MAS licenses, the legal and compliance aspects of operational matters, schemes of transfers and on the structuring and marketing of insurance and financial products.
Spearheaded by our Managing Director Ms Ang Kim Lan, our Insurance and Financial Services Practice group is experienced in drafting and reviewing of life products such as life policies, term policies, hybrid policies, investment-linked policies (ILPs) with open-ended funds, portfolio bonds as well as health insurance products, including several Shield plans currently in the market.
