Goodwins Law Corporation was proud to present this Seminar titled ‘Doing Business in Vietnam’ by our distinguished speaker, Professor Dr. Tran Van Nam, Dean of the Law Faculty of Hanoi’s National Economics University (Vietnam).
With the current shift and complexity in the geopolitical scene, Vietnam is viewed as a prime destination for businesses as well as the injection of investment. The Seminar provided an insightful update on Vietnam’s Pandemic Management Measures and Fiscal Policies in 2022 and how these will benefit both existing and startup businesses in Vietnam. In addition, tips will be provided on setting up businesses in Vietnam (i.e. market entry considerations; investment models; key taxes and incentives for foreign companies) as well as the legal pitfalls and restrictions to watch out for.
