Singapore Actuarial Conference 2021

Organised by the Singapore Actuarial Society, the Singapore Actuarial Conference was on from 22-26 November 2021. The Conference featured world renowned speakers and combined different actuarial practice areas with an international focus in Life Insurance, General Insurance, Data Analytics, Enterprise Risk Management, Retirement and the Practising Certificate Seminar. Invited speakers include personnel from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Ministry of Health, NTUC Income and Great Eastern.

For the Practicing Certificate Seminar, Ms Ang Kim Lan was invited to shed light on the legal responsibility of actuaries in Singapore. Alongside her was the Head of Supervisory Analytics Division of MAS’ Insurance Department and the Consulting Actuary of Milliman Limited and many others.
